The Most Perfectly Beautiful Cookies (2024)

This piece was commissioned by soprano Devyn Kerr using text she had written. It is an aria from the perspective of a baker baking cookies for her friend’s birthday while those around her plot her downfall. It was premiered at my master’s recital Show and Tell.
